— Tell us a little about your experience? Was it only a film connected or you did/do something else?
— BEATRICE is my second animation short film. I have produced and directed short films since 2005 in particular in Italy and the USA. I'm also a cinema teacher.
— What inspired you to make your short film? How did you come up with that idea?

— BEATRICE is an homage for my famous fellow citizen Beatrice Vitoldi. This short film is an homage for this Great Woman. She was also involved in political and cultural assignments.
BEATRICE has it's own unique atmosphere. Hard to believe, that this is real picture and not a dream
—Tell us how it was to produce your film?

— The starting point was my passion for Cinema and the desire to pay homage to Beatrice Vitoldi, her life ended in a very sad mode. The short film is self produced with my funds and the screenplay it's like a silent film from the 1920s with the addition of steampunk characters and atmospheres. I had the pleasure of having the talented English Artist Nicola Dunlop for the animation and the Italian musician Pietro Piscosquito for the original soundtrack. Extraordinary Artists who understood perfectly the artistic concept of BEATRICE.
— Do you have a dream?

— I have a lot of dreams but the most common is to win the Oscar!
— What is your favorite film?

— "Living in Oblivion" by Tom Dicillo. The essence of the Cinema, in particular independent Cinema.
— Give advice for those who want to make a film, but don't know from where to start?
— My advice is simple... START! Break the ice with a simple story and don't be afraid to make mistakes, in your next movie you will improve.
