Jan Moravec from Czech Republic and his team created incredibly beautiful and smart vertical short film "My Life: Something Different".
The short description of the film is: "We are watching on life of one young man from his birth, by school, first love and adult live. Now he is on crossroad and they are in crucial moment...".
We asked Jan to answer several questions for our audience.

— Tell us a little about your experience? Was it only a film connected or you did/do something else?
— We create music videos and commercials the most times. And after 6 years in Filmaking we are searching for some independent work.
— What inspired you to make your short film? How did you come up with that idea?
— The first was a nostalgic memory of childhood and adolescence. And since I'm starting to be at an age where the past is well remembered, I've been thinking .. what if something else happened...
Shooting vertical videos is not that easy as it seems
—Tell us how it was to produce your film?
— The main starting point for us was finding the right actors for this type of project. Then it was a common routine.
— Do you have a dream?
— My dream is enough time for creative work. Pre-Production, On Set time and Post-Production. Because when people have time in Art, they can do wonderful things.
— Give advice for those who want to make a film, but don't know from where to start?
— Just try. Try working with the camera for free, try working with light, try the movement of the camera, compositions, dialogues and atmosphere. And if you already feel that you have something to say, then shoot it, because that is the only way to move a good distance further.
